Brady Anderson Dev Log-3
Hello for today's dev log. It is all about scheduling my work and how me and my team scheduled this project in order to be as efficient and productive as possible. Now since this semester has a lot of large-scale projects that I need to tackle. It was extremely important to me to dedicate and find certain amounts of time throughout the week in order to get dedicated working hours for this project. Me and my team ended up deciding that every group member would be encouraged to hit 3 hours worth of dedicated work time towards this project a week. I chose to break this down by utilizing the two hours in class that we were given to work to take off the 2 hours. Then later that day from 4:00 to 5:00 we had our weekly group meetings where everyone would attend and that's where I would get my last hour of work done.
Doing my work this way allows me to utilize the online class environment to efficiently work on this assignment during class time. This also has a secondary benefit as I can utilize my team members as resources if I have any questions or concerns about the project. If I need to discuss any design-related issues or come up with new designs all of my team members should be there so an open dialogue can be started. This type of workflow allows me to budget my other work as I can schedule Tuesday to have my full attention on this project and have the rest of the week dedicated to other classes.
